Ray J No Longer Regrets The Kim Kardashian Sex Tape

There are moments in peoples' lives that mark a before and after. There are also moments like this in pop culture, like the release of Kim Kardashian and Ray J's sex tape. 

The tape turned Kim Kardashian into possibly the biggest celebrity on the planet. Celebrity in the purest sense of the word: she is famous. Ray J's life took a different turn and he, for a while, was living in the long shadow that this tape had cast (the Daily Mail reports that it "netted £100m since its release"). When Kim got with Kanye West, Ray J released a song to get back at them titled (maturely) "I Hit It First."

Now, though, Ray J says he regrets his petty ways and, like the Kardashian-Wests, wants to focus on family. He told the daily mail: "I don’t regret anything I’ve done. Not even the sex tape, it’s shaped me into the person I am today and helped me find The One" (By "The One" he is not referring to God, but to his wife Princess). He later revised his statement to say that he does in fact have one regret: "My only career regret is the way I was removed from the Big Brother House."
