Gucci Mane Suing Waka Flocka & His Mother [Update: Waka's Mom Says Gucci Needs Dr. Phil]

The suit claims that Antney and Flocka put out some of Gucci's music without his permission, and collected royalties from it. It also states that Antney declared herslef CFO of GuWop's corporation behind his back.

LaFlare is now suing his two former partners for fraud, racketeering, and conspiracy. He has also requested that a ring and chain be returned to him, which he claims were stolen by Debra. He's even looking to have Waka and his mother's assets frozen.

Antney and Flocka have yet to comment on the suit.

Waka Flocka's mother, Debra Antney, has broken her silence on Gucci Mane's lawsuit. The rapper's former manager was taken aback by the news to say the least. 

“I’m so speechless. It’s so crazy. Waka wasn’t even rapping in 2006." she told RumorFix, challenging the legitimacy of Gucci's claims that Antney and her son collected royalties from GuWop's music while she was managing him.

“Drugs, greed and women ruined him — that’s it. Don’t blame that shit on me!” she added, indicating that the Brick Squad rapper needs help. “Bless his heart — somebody call Dr. Phil for him!”
